ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
Shrinathji Institute of Pharmacy (SIP), Nathdwara
has established in the year of 2006 by Shrinathji
society for Higher Education, Nathdwara. Our aim is to
develop the Center of Excellence for Pharmacy and to
prepare the students to meet the challenges of Indian
pharma industries. Shrinathji Institute of Pharmacy
approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & PCI,
Ministry of HRD, New Delhi and Affiliated to Rajasthan
University of Health Science (RUHS), Jaipur.
SIP, Nathdwara is situated in holy land of Lord
Shrinathji and the campus is delimited by Arawali hills.
It is spread over 26 acres of lush green, natural and
pollution free environment. SIP is around 40 km away
from Udaipur, 200 km away from Ahemdabad (Gujarat) and
200 km away from Neemuch (M.P.). Nathdwara is well
linked by bus routes.
SCOPE OF PHARMACY
India occupies the second position in world Pharma
market especially in generics. Pharma industry
contributes about 1.3% of India’s GDP and the domestic
market is $ 4.8 billion. After GATT implementation,
Pharma industries are geared up toward the R& D in order
to develop new chemical entities. There is an urgent
need of the skilled scientists and workers for
innovation. Innovation is nothing but a new solution to
a problem, to find solutions to a difficult environment.
